The project involved the construction of a 20 apartment development at Kilmainham Lane, Dublin, with underground carpark.

The development is four storeys over basement and construction to consist of traditional masonry and precast concrete floors with contiguous piled basement lined with reinforced concrete walls.

These apartments have obtained full approval from the Department of Environmental inspectorate.
