Preparation of Feasibility Report on the availability of services to the 50-acre Proposed IDA Industrial Estate at Ballingarrane, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

The aim of this report was to review the current and future availability and capacity of services at the proposed business and technology park site and any costs associated with the provision of these services.

 

The services considered include:

  1. Foul Water Drainage

  2. Clean Water Supply

  3. Surface Water Drainage

  4. Road Infrastructure

  5. Electricity Supply

  6. Telecommunications, specifically Broadband

  7. Gas Supply

 

The report provided detailed costings for all of the above and apportioned responsibility for costs following in-depth negotiations with the stakeholders.

In addition the report considered all the current planning aspects in relation to the site.
