This project involved an extension and complete renovation of the existing credit union.

As part of the Civil Structural Service a very large transfer beam was designed to transmit the entire rear wall of the old building onto a limited number of supports to deep piled foundation supporting the new build.

As part of the Mechanical/Electrical services installed in Wexford Credit Union, these included heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, water services, B.M.S controls, general power, lighting, fire alarm, security and a lift shaft.
