Hayes Higgins Partnership was appointed to lead all aspects of engineering design in this project and provided Civil Structural and Mechanical / Electrical Services throughout the project.

This project involved the renovation of the existing building involving the stabilising of the existing structure and construction of new extension plus services and plant room.

As part of the Civil Structural Service we designed a framing structure in exposed reinforced concrete comprising floors columns and beams supporting a precast concrete roof supporting plant and equipment.

As part of the Mechanical Electrical services installed in Wexford Credit Union, these included heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, water services, B.M.S controls, general power, lighting, fire alarm, security and a lift shaft.
