This project involved the construction of a new HQ for Bagenalstown Credit Union and four retails units.

HHP provided mechanical, electrical and lift design services for this building.

Services included the design of a ventilation system, cold and mains water services, oil fired central heating to serve the LPHW pipework, underfloor heating, independent heating control, soils and waste, general electrical services, normal and emergency lighting installations, external lighting, nurses call centre, disabled refuge call system, fire detection and alarm system, security and CCTV system, lift services. Site services design such as ESB, Eircom / broadband and mains water.
