This project involved the construction of a mixed-use 5 storey development consisting of 20 apartments, 4 townhouses and 5 retail units constructed over a single basement car park to the entire footprint.

Hayes Higgins Partnership was appointed to act as Consulting Civil Structural and Mechanical Electrical Engineers in the design and construction of this mixed-use 5 storey development over single basement car park to the entire footprint.

This building is constructed in reinforced concrete columns and beams and flat slab floors from basement to underside of second floor and supporting on upper levels loadbearing blockwork precast floors and lightweight roofs. The building is predominantly clad in brick and timber.

The project was procured as a Design and Build. Finite elements techniques ensured that the structure was designed for efficiency.
