Hayes Higgins Partnership carried out a full services survey and engineering reports for the IDA in relation to Unit 502. The unit may be better known as the former production facility in Waterford.

  • Water Services

  • Existing Data Infrastructure

 

This unit had an area in excess of 40,000 square feet and a comprehensive report was produced detailing the performance and condition of all available services.

The report outlined a recommended course of action based on the engineering survey that was carried out by Hayes Higgins Partnership on the premises with an aim to making suitable alterations to the services installation to bring the industrial unit in line with current standards and legislation. This report also proposed a list of suitable contractors who would tender for these works.

Finally the report contained an estimated budget cost estimate to implement the recommendations that are contained within the report.
