Hayes Higgins Partnership was appointed to act as Consulting Civil Structural Engineers involved in the construction of a 4 star 140-bedroom hotel with extensive conference facilities, spa and leisure facilities plus upgrade of a Des Smyth designed 18 hole championship parkland course.

This development also includes the development of resort complex of 50 golf and holiday home units and the development of 50 high-end residential units.

The building is constructed with a single reinforced concrete basement and three upper floors and constructed in structural steel framing and loadbearing block supporting precast floors and roof and clad in brick and timber.
